At VapeWidgets, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to ensure you have an exceptional shopping experience. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your vaporizer, even if used, for an exchange, refund, or store credit, as long as you contact us within 14 days after delivery.

Please note that all returned products must be thoroughly cleaned with no residues remaining. We cannot accept unclean vaporizers, and any issues arising due to a dirty product will not be our responsibility. Our products are designed for aromatherapy use with dry herbs only. We kindly ask for your cooperation in ensuring that your returned items meet our standards.

2. Does VapeWidgets ship internationally?

VapeWidgets ships to a variety of countries, including the USA, Australia, Canada, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Spain, and the United Kingdom.

3. What shipping options does VapeWidgets offer?

We provide Flat Rate Standard Shipping for all orders, ensuring a convenient and cost-effective delivery solution for our customers.

4. How much does shipping cost?

5. How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery typically takes an average of 3-4 days. 

6. Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can change or cancel your order if you contact us within 4 hours of placing it. We understand that circumstances may change, and we want to accommodate your needs as best as we can. Please reach out to orders@vapewidgets.com.

7. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing tracking information. This will enable you to monitor the progress of your shipment and know when to expect delivery.

9. Where does VapeWidgets Ship from?

Primary Location: Our main distribution warehouse is nestled in the heart of Frederick, MD. A majority of our accessories and glass items, including popular devices like the Angus, Volcano Bubbler, and Glacier Tube, are shipped directly from this location.

Secondary Shipping Locations: We've also partnered with distribution centers across the United States. Many devices, especially the renowned Storz and Bickel vaporizers, are dispatched from our partner locations in California, Tennessee, Florida, or Las Vegas.

Shipping Schedule:

  • Orders received before 11am EST: Typically dispatched the same day.
  • Orders after 11am EST: Scheduled for the following day mail cycle.

Delivery Carrier: While we predominantly use USPS for shipping, some specific items, like certain bongs, might use alternative carriers.

Expedited Order Processing: Though most of our orders are managed at our primary Frederick, MD location, we do operate on a drop shipping model for select products to allow more variety for our customers. For those in need of tome sensitive expedited shipping, please reach out in advance. The shipping times provided at checkout serve as approximations and aren't set in stone. While we aim to ship within 24 hours (and on the same day when feasible), drop shipped items might require a longer processing time depending on the vendor. VapeWidgets works to only work with companies that process dropship orders in less than 36 hours but issues may sometimes arise.

Business Day Clarification: Our shipping estimates are based on BUSINESS DAYS. This means, for instance, that a next-day shipment processed on Friday is slated for a Monday delivery. If you have any questions about any order delivery time please do not hesitate to reach out to orders@vapewidgets.com.

Weekend Orders:

All orders placed Saturday-Sunday will most likely ship out Monday afternoon or Tuesday morning depending on weekend sales volume.
